A highly motivated staff member, Phyllis has worked in the real estate industry for Selena Carabot early 2012 as a receptionist/service manager giving her an extremely thorough comprehension of all the intricate aspects of the real estate industry. Phyllis had other plans for her life as being the youngest staff member in the office leaving her real estate job to experience life out of the box.

Having worked initially in reception and progressing through the demanding positions of service manager, Phyllis later returned to MAREEBA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT earlier this year on the 18/01/2016 settling into an assistant property manager role to Melissa Vidler.

Originally from south Auckland New Zealand, Phyllis comes from a family of 6 siblings. Phyllis moved to mareeba in 2010 to be closer to her brother who plays league for mareeba gladiators. She therefore understands first hand, the attributes which have seen the area become a hub of the Cook Islands and an extremely well known and desirable place to call home.

Phyllis displays an incredible work ethic and is extremely diligent with second to none attention to detail. An effective negotiator and communicator, she strives to provide a level of service that she herself would expect from a property manager, understanding that the most important part of her role is built on the foundation of exceptional service, Communication and honesty above all else. “Striving for the best outcome achievable for my clients” is a passion rather than and expectation, which ensures an ongoing professional relationship with each and every client. Phyllis enjoys the family environment that exists within the office, a team of 6 staff members who works as 1 and not an individual. With her exuberant disposition and vibrant personality distress the office in a positive manner bringing her cheerful smile one to remember.

A strong believer in maintaining a healthy balance in life, Phyllis spends her leisure time with family at church on a Saturday mornings. She is a Seventh - day Adventist goer and has a passion for music
